Shipping & Returns

    We provide Free shipment option for weight less than 1.2KG. We will ship by post, it takes 15-45 days to your hands.  if you need fast shipment, please choose courier to ship.   

Shipment: 
     1. All the items will be shipped within business day stated on the website by Airmail or Courier after the payment is clear. The shipping date is shown on the products description. Some special intem need 10 days to ship.  
     2. If your location is in remote area, Do not choose courier(DHL. UPS, Fedex). or it will charge extra USD50 for shipment. You can choose EMS.
     3. Most times you will receive your order within 10-30 business days after we transfer your package to the delivery company. We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Some countries like Russia, Brazil, or some European countries may take up to 50 days or longer for delivery.
     4. Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. For example, Laser Pointer is unacceptable in some countries. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. Or, we will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.
     5. We offer some items for free shipment. We will ship them by register post. It may take longer time than courier. Namely 15-50 days, if you cannot wait, you can choose ship by courier, but you have to bear the shipping cost. 
      6. The Weight shown in items are based on both its weight and bulk weight( L*W*H/5000). The courier will charge the heavier one. 
      7. For some air shipping prohibition. the Batteries, Poweder, Liquid will be taken out before shipment. The description mentioned the batteries is only for the type of battery the time should use. Don't dispute for such issue after you receiving the item  
 

Return Policy:  
You can return an item to us if:
it's faulty
it doesn't do what we said it would do
it's not of an acceptable quality
The returned items : 
1. The items are returned within 7 days of receiving date and the original sales receipt is present.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garment must not have been worn.
